We’ll create detailed plans and submit the paperwork to your local council authority for planning permission approval. With hundreds of successful applications and a 97% first-time success rate, we understand the process inside-out.

5. Hassle-free building control approval

We can assess if your project requires building control approval from your local council. If necessary, we’ll submit the paperwork and all relevant plans, including engineer’s reports and structural calculations, to ensure the fastest possible process.

6. Preparing for the build

You’ll receive a guaranteed, fixed-price quote which is fully itemised down to the last penny. We’ll also prepare a detailed construction programme and begin organising every aspect of the build, including on-site teams, tradespeople, equipment and materials.

7. Construction and sign-off
